Biography: Currently the Associate Director of Financial Aid at Luther College in Iowa, Aaron Steffens has been in his current role for the past 8 years and finishing his 17th year in the financial aid profession. Aaron is currently serving as the President of the Midwest Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators and has also served as the Iowa Association President and Treasurer. In his limited spare time, Aaron enjoys spoiling his nieces and working on the family farm.
