Biography: Judi Voeller completed her Master's in Public Administration at The University of Oklahoma, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She has a total of 27 years combined experience at The University of Oklahoma in financial aid services and financial education. She has created the instructional design for the new "9 Things" online and in-class courses beginning in Dec. 2013.
