Biography: Wood has been a Federal employee for over 35 years, the last 20 with the U.S. Department of Education. He was a charter member of the Client Account Management Group, assigned as a Liaison to the COD School Relations Center from 2003 through 2009, acted as the Lead of the Direct Loan OnBoarding Group that migrated over 4,000 FFELP schools to the Direct Loan Program, and for the past 4 years has been a Point of Contact to over 1,000 schools working on the Federal Loan School Support Team.
