Biography: Ashley Higgins is a Management and Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Education in the Office of Postsecondary Education. Previously, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan from 2008-2010. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and is currently working to obtain a MPA from American University.
