Biography: Stephanie Sutton has over 29 years of experience in higher education with a focus on student success and expertise in financial aid and enrollment management. She began her career at Lorain County Community College as a student worker in the Office of Financial Aid and advanced over the years. She served as the Director of Financial Aid at LCCC for over 15 years. In 2009, she moved into her current role, Dean of Enrollment, Financial and Career Services. Stephanie is also the campus co-lead at LCCC of completion initiatives including Completion by Design and Achieving the Dream.
