Biography: Ray Kimmel is an Associate Bursar for the University of Cincinnati who is responsible for Title IV Compliance in the Bursar's Office. Ray received his BS in Business from Eastern Illinois University and his MDiv from Asbury Theological Seminary where upon graduation he was ordained in the Free Methodist Church. He spent the first 20 years of his 40 year career in insurance, and the second 20 years in higher education. Though Ray's compliance work touches many aspects of Title IV funding, he has developed a particular passion for R2T4 and Modules; presenting on the topic over the last few years in state and national venues. Ray is married to his wife, Cathy; they have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
