Biography: Dr. Christopher Murr is the Director of Financial Aid and Scholarships at Texas State University. He has worked in financial aid for over 15 years. Dr. Murr has served the Texas Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Legislative Issues Committee. He has also been involved with the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators as a school panelist for various webinars and conferences. In addition, Dr. Murr has published a number of research articles in such journals as the Journal of Student Financial Aid, Research in Geographic Education, and Journal of Geography.
