Biography: Currently the Director of Financial Aid at Case Western Reserve University with 36 years of experience in the field. In addition to serving and supporting students as they work to accomplish their financial, personal and academic goals, served in various capacities; as a Project Coordinator and Functional Lead for several of system implementations, as the Assistant Director and Coordinator of the FWS/Student Employment program, Manager of Student Loans, and Associate Director of Financial Aid Processing. Professional involvement includes; Member of NASFAA, MASFAA and OASFAA and currently on the OASFAA Executive Board OASFAA- served as chair of Needs Analysis, State and Federal Issues Committees Case Western Reserve University Delegate for the College Board Case Western Reserve University Academic Standing Board
