Biography: I have been in higher education since 2005 serving for a short time in admissions, and then transitioning to financial aid. Throughout my financial aid career I have managed loans (FFELP and Direct) and work-study, and conducted quality assurance surveys. For the last six years I have managed veterans/military benefit processing. In my spare time I consult on veteran/military benefit processes, procedures and best practices; spend time with my family and read A LOT.
