Biographical Sketch: Dr. Harewood is graduate of Houghton College for my Bachelors degree. He has a master’s degree in social studies from Long Island University, and a master’s degree from Bernard Baruch College in Higher Education Administration. He has also earned a doctorate from the University of Maryland University College. Wayne has been working in the Financial Aid Office for 36 years. The last 18 years, as Director of Financial Aid at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, NY. He has served on numerous college and university committees. He has also served on the NASFAA, EASFAA and NYSFAAA Boards.
