Biographical Sketch: Dr. Wilbanks serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Federal Student Aid within the Department of Education. She is responsible for identifying and negating the threats and vulnerabilities to FSA’s networks and data. Dr. Wilbanks hold a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education, a Masters degree in Engineering Science and a Doctorate in Computer Science.
