Biographical Sketch: Tina Falkner is the Interim Director of the Office of Student Finance at the University of Minnesota. Prior to serving in this capacity, she was the Director of Continuity and Compliance for Academic Support Resources at the University of Minnesota. She is the institutional and national expert on FERPA and other registrar compliance related matters. She is one of the authors for the AACRAO 2010 and 2012 FERPA guides. Tina holds a BA from Northwestern University and a MA and PhD from the University of Minnesota.
