Biographical Sketch: Sharon Kienow has been the Director of Financial Aid at Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD since 1986. She has a BA degree in accounting from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. Sharon has served as President of the Rocky Mountain Association of Student Aid Administrators (RMASFAA) and South Dakota Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (SDASFAA) in addition to various other leadership roles and committee membership at the state and regional level. She has also recently served on the NASFAA Financial Affairs Committee and is currently a member of the NASFAA Nominations and Elections Committee. She was honored last year to receive the NASFAA Regional Leadership Award.
