Biographical Sketch: Julie Waldvogel-Leitner has been the Financial Aid Manager at Moraine Park Technical College since 2010. She started her career in financial aid as a work study student at Ripon College. Before coming to MPTC, she worked in Residence Life at Ripon College, UW Oshkosh Financial Aid, and also spent some years as a public librarian at Ripon Public Library.
