Biographical Sketch: Marta Perez Drake has worked at the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) in DC for over 11 years, serving as Vice President for Professional Development since 2010. In this position, Marta manages the execution of NACUBO's adult learning and leadership programs reaching individuals at over 2200 college and universities. These resources include an Annual Convention, workshops and forums, webinars, virtual/online resources, publications, and Business Officer magazine. Before joining NACUBO, Marta worked at Duke and Georgetown, the Council of Graduate Schools (CGS), the American Council on Education (ACE), and the American Association of Higher Education (AAHE). Marta received her BA from Duke University and MA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She resides in Arlington, VA, with her family and enjoys being outdoors either running, hiking or walking her dog.
