Biographical Sketch: I received my Bachelor's Degree in English and Education from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and continued my graduate studies in Education at the University of Wisconsin, Superior and the University of St. Thomas.I was a Financial Aid Director in the private sector for 18 years prior to working at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in the role of Assistant Director, One Stop Student Service. My responsibilities over the past 3 years at the University of Minnesota include managing the One Stop Student Services Counselors, who assist our students by answering questions in the areas of financial aid, enrollment, billing and payment. I also am a member of the Minnesota Association of Financial Aid Administrators (MAFAA) and currently serve on their Professional Development Committee.
