Biographical Sketch: Karla Weber is a Senior Advisor at UW-Madison and supervises the 15 or so student employees that staff the Financial Aid Office's front desk. The only reason she's in the financial aid profession is because of her student supervision background, but now she can't imagine doing anything else. Karla has seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of employing students and hopes to share some wisdom with you!
