Biographical Sketch: Matthew Sagayaga Jr. is the financial aid study abroad coordinator at Portland State University, Office of Financial
Aid and Scholarships. Matthew has a BS in Ethnic Studies, African/ Asian, Pacific Islander American issues from
Oregon State University, a BS in Communications from Portland State University, and a Masters in Postsecondary
Adult & Continuing Education, in Student Services from Portland State University. Matthew serves on the NAFSA
EARP Fin. Aid Subcommittee and is committed to the ongoing collaboration between study abroad offices and the financial aid department
