Biographical Sketch: Dan Mann is the Director of Student Financial Aid at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he leads an operation that administered over $808 million in financial aid awards last year. Prior to joining the University of Illinois in November 2004, Mann served as Director of Financial Aid at Southern Illinois University and has 35 years of experience in the financial aid profession. He currently serves as the 2015-16 NASFAA National Chair. In his spare time, Dan likes to travel, cook, and garden.
