Biographical Sketch: Kathy Cheatham currently serves as Senior Vice President of Student Finance Compliance for ECA. Kathy joined ECA in March of 2004. She has 30 years of educational and leadership experience. Prior to joining ECA she owned and operated her own business. She began her career in education in 1985 as a Campus Director. She later went on to serve as the Corporate Financial Aid Director. Since 2004 she has held several positions with ECA to include Director of Student Accounts, Director of Compliance for Student Finance, and Vice President and Senior Vice President of Student Finance Operations. In her current role she oversees Title IV regulatory affairs for the 72 campuses and 23 OPEIDs under the ECA umbrella.
