Biographical Sketch: Keyimani Alford is a trainer for Great Lakes Education Loan Services and has over 16 years of financial aid experience. He brings experience and knowledge in customer service, student employment, training, administration and policy development. Keyimani is a member of several professional organizations but actively serves as co-chair of the Professional Development and Training Committee for the Wisconsin Association for Student Financial Aid Administrators (WASFAA). Keyimani lives in Madison, Wisconsin where he enjoys traveling and fishing in his spare time away from pursuing his PhD at Capella University.
