Graduate and Professional staff at large universities often find themselves operating alone or even against a central financial aid office. Yale's commitment to efficiency and customer service has lead to the implementation of a financial aid professional development pathway. This program has trained professional school staff who maintain a reporting relationship with the central university while serving their specific student populations. Learn how more about this program and how it has enabled staff to remain current on federal regulations, university policies, and effective student communications.
