This session will review the guidance provided to institutions that contract with third-party servicers to administer aspects of an institution’s participation in the Title IV programs. Presenters will explore the definition of a third-party servicer, the responsibilities of an institution in working with a third-party servicer, and reporting requirements related to third-party servicers.
