Biographical Sketch: Shelby Smith is the Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Lafayette College in Easton, PA. This marks the 5th year of Shelby’s financial aid career. Before becoming a leopard, Shelby worked for Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA. She is also the current PASFAA (Pennsylvania Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators) Secretary. Most recently Shelby has spearheaded a new Financial Wellness program for the Lafayette College students. This module allows for a series of workshops and fun activities to help students establish Future-focused Financial Wellness. Outside of financial aid, Shelby is an avid runner, completing four full marathons and over twelve half marathons. Shelby’s next full marathon will be the Walt Disney World Marathon in 2018!
