Biographical Sketch: Joe Donlay currently serves as Associate Director for Operations at Colorado State University and was the 2015-2016 President of the Rocky Mountain Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (RMASFAA). A Kansas native, Joe previously served as Assistant Director for Systems at Wichita State University and began his career working as a Financial Aid Counselor for Southwestern College in Winfield, KS. Joe has enjoyed being very active within our professional associations, having served in several board capacities for CAFAA, KASFAA, and RMASFAA. Joe is a past recipient of RMASFAA's Oscar R. "Jack" Hendrix Award and CAFAA's Postsecondary Professional of the Year Award. In 2012, Joe served as Chair of NASFAA's Technology Initiatives Committee and will serve as a regional voting delegate to the NASFAA Board of Directors for 2016-2017.
