Biographical Sketch: Gena Boling is the Associate Director of Financial Aid at the University of Missouri. She has held positions in higher education administration for more than a decade both in Enrollment Management and Student Affairs  and enjoys blurring the lines between the two. Gena received her master of business administration from Stephens College and her bachelor of arts in Art History and Archaeology from the University of Missouri. Gena is an active member of MASFAP, MASFAA and NASFAA and has held numerous leadership roles in both her state and regional associations. Gena is passionate about college access and student engagement and in her spare time enjoys following legislative activity and engaging in the political process. Prior-Prior Year has been a great challenge and she looks forward to sharing what her institution has accomplished and learned.
