Biographical Sketch:
Cheryl Dowd is the Director of the State Authorization Network (SAN)for WCET. Dowd directs the activities and research for institutions and other related organizations to understand and manage regulatory compliance requirements for the out of state activities of the institutions. Webinars, beginner and advanced workshops, monthly
virtual meetings, discussion forums, twice yearly face to face meetings, as well as original and collected research are made available to the SAN members.
