Biographical Sketch: Gina Johnson, PhD, is Strategy Director for IR Capacity Initiatives at the Association for Institutional Research. Prior to this position she served as the Executive Director of Institutional Research & Analysis at the University of Denver. She has twenty years of experience in the field of education, including teaching, policy analysis, and institutional research. At AIR, Gina’s focus is on the needs of the association membership and expanding the capacity of IR functions at institutions through professional development of IR professionals and other institutional data users and collaboration with other higher education associations and organizations focused on improving the use of data and information to inform decision making.
