Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Gregory Kienzl is a Principal Strategist at ACT where he leads a number of policy-relevant, postsecondary education-focused research projects. Prior to joining ACT, he served as the Director of Research for the Institute for Higher Education Policy and, before that, was the chief methodologist for an National Science Foundation-supported, multi-site research project at the University of Illinois that examined the underrepresentation of women and minorities in STEM fields. He has authored or co-authored over 25 journal articles, book chapters, and federally-funded reports on student financial aid, transfer and student mobility, career and technical education, and educational equity to name a few.
