Biographical Sketch: Pam Bowers, PhD, serves as associate vice president for planning, assessment and innovation in the division of student affairs and academic support at the University of South Carolina. She is certified as an Institutional Effectiveness Evaluator for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, and previously served as a reviewer for the Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) and as a member of the Peer Review Corps for the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. She is a frequent presenter on assessment and student success topics.
