Biographical Sketch: Dawn Herrod is an Associate Director and Functional Lead in the Office of Student Financial Assistance at the University of Central Florida. She has more than 20 years of experience in multiple areas of financial aid including customer service, verification, aid program management and packaging, Return of Title IV Funds, and Peoplesoft financial aid module management. Dawn was integral in designing and implementing the process to confirm academic activity for the purposes of financial aid at the University of Central Florida in 2014.
