Biographical Sketch: Alain Poutré is a research analyst at the Institute for Higher Education Policy. As a member of the policy research team, he works closely with the Postsecondary Data Collaborative and conducts research on policy and practice-relevant issues in higher education such as college affordability and quality assurance. Before joining IHEP, Alain was an Education Pioneers Fellow and earned his master's degree in educational neuroscience at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Before entering the world of education policy, Alain worked in undergraduate admissions and student advising.
