Biographical Sketch: Lori has been in financial aid for over 27 years at the University of Michigan-Flint. She has been a presenter at multiple conferences and workshops. She has served as President of both the Michigan Student Financial Aid Association and the Mid-West Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators. She served the NASFAA Board as Treasurer in 2014-15. Lori believes that working across generations can be critical to a departments success and a supervisors ability to lead. A clear understanding of the various points of views across generations can make or break the creation of a successful team environment.
