Biographical Sketch: Heather Boutell is the Director of Financial Aid at Bellarmine University. Heather has worked in the field of financial aid for 25 years, spending the last 11 years as Director of Financial Aid at Bellarmine. She previously worked at UofL and Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA). Heather has been active in professional organizations and served as the President of the Kentucky Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators in 2004-2005 and President of the Southern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators in 2008-2009. She has served on the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators Board of Directors in one of the 6 elected roles as Rep-at-Large, and is currently serving as a Commission Director overseeing the Conference, P&P and PPY Task Forces.
