Biographical Sketch: Kaegy Pabulos is the Borrower Experience Strategist for the Customer Experience office of the Federal Student Aid at the U.S. Department of Education. He is interested in applying Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and behavioral economics into public policy. In particular, Kaegy thinks that designing digital products and services using HCD principles and behavioral science strategies can have an impact in the way students and families navigate their journey through higher education. Kaegy earned a bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Public Policy Management from Georgetown University.
