Biographical Sketch: Dave has worked in student financial aid since 2005, first as a financial aid administrator and then with the U.S. Department of Education. Dave joined the Department in 2010 as a program reviewer in the Chicago regional office, and has been with the Office of Federal Student Aid’s Policy Liaison and Implementation team since 2013. Dave’s primary areas of responsibility are competency-based education, distance education, institutional eligibility, cash management, and Return of Title IV Funds.
