Biographical Sketch: Erin Porter has served in Scholarships & Financial Aid at Texas A&M University for almost thirteen years in roles as an Advisor, Assistant Director of the Call Center and Front Desk, Assistant Director of Financial Aid Processing and currently as Associate Director of Customer Service, Advising, and Student Employment. In addition to oversight of these areas, she is responsible for Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) and Return of Title IV Aid (R2T4) processes. Erin was a member of the TASFAA Training Committee from 2009 through 2012, serving as Chair in 2011 and 2012 and served on the SWASFAA Boot Camp Committee in 2017. In 2011 Erin received the TASFAA Financial Aid Star Award. Erin received her B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University and is a member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2000!
