Biographical Sketch: Jackie Gloria began her financial aid career in 1981. She has worked at a variety of private postsecondary institutions spending the last 23 years as the Director of Financial Aid at Design Institute of San Diego. She believes it is important to develop a personal relationship with her students so she can give them the best financial advice possible. In addition to working at Design Institute Jackie has provided consulting services for private college in the San Diego area. She has been a member of NASFAA for more than 25 years and served on the advisory committee for California Student Aid Commission. Jackie takes great pride in her career assisting thousands of students achieve their educational goals. Jackie lives in Rancho Bernardo, a suburb of San Diego, with her husband Raulie, who also works in financial aid.
