Biographical Sketch: Louisa began her career in financial aid as a work-study over 20 years ago. As the Associate Director of Financial Aid at Gonzaga University, Louisa helps provide students the ability to focus on their education rather than their finances, particularly through her administration of both federal and institutional loan programs as well as the Federal Teach grant program at Gonzaga. She also enjoys being member of the NASFAA Standards of Excellence Program as a Peer Reviewer.
