Biographical Sketch: Kelly Morrissey has been the Mount Wachusett Community College Director of Financial Aid for over 15 years, with more than 25 years of experience in Massachusetts public higher education. She has held various leadership roles in financial aid professional associations at the state, regional and national levels, having served as President of both EASFAA and the Massachusetts state association. She serves on the NASFAA Financial Affairs Committee and will begin a 2-year term as Representative-At-Large on the NASFAA Board of Directors in July 2018.
