Biographical Sketch: Joseph T. Koroma has over 18 years of financial aid experience working at proprietary, four year university and community colleges. Ten of these years have been served as chief financial aid officer in various capacities. Currently, Financial Aid Supervisor at Laney College, Oakland, CA. I also teach geography as an adjunct professor. And hold undergraduate degrees from Manchester University in Indiana and Masters of Public Administration and a Ph.D. in Geography (Economic) from Indiana State University.
