Biographical Sketch: Julie Miller, MSW, is a Research Associate at the MIT AgeLab and a Lecturer at Northeastern University. Leading up to her current doctoral studies, she received her Masters in Social Work with a concentration in gerontology from The University of California, Berkeley, and her Bachelors of Science from Northeastern University. Julie’s research contributes to forecasting the impact of demographic change in homes, workplaces, educational settings, and community spaces. She is currently leading MIT AgeLab research about the intersection of student loan debt and longevity-planning.
