Biographical Sketch:
Tori Nuccio currently works as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid and Single Point of Contact for Unaccompanied Foster and Homeless Youth at West Chester University. This is Tori’s tenth year in financial aid. Prior to working at West Chester University she was the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management at Arcadia University where she had a unique role serving as both an Admissions and Financial Aid Counselor. Tori is passionate about helping students who come from low-income and first generation families and has worked to launch both a Resource Pantry and a Homeless Youth Support Program at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She also serves on the National Association For the Education of Homeless Children and Youth’s Higher Education Committee where she gets to share her insights as to the challenges financial aid counselors face working with homeless youth. Tori has her Bachelor’s from Immaculata University, her Masters from Drexel University, and hopes to be finished her Doctorate this upcoming fall semester at West Chester University.
