Biographical Sketch: Kai Kimbrough is a six year employee of FSA. She currently serves as a Supervisory Performance Improvement and Procedures Specialist within the Office of Program Compliance. In her current position, Kai is responsible for the maintenance and management of procedural guidance of institutional eligibility to the School Participation Divisions. Prior to coming to FSA, Kai has over 15 years’ experience in school financial aid administration for both private and proprietary institutions.
