Biographical Sketch: Marvin Smith is Director of Student Financial Services at IUPUI, a large urban public campus in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Marvin has 30 years of experience as a financial aid professional at IUPUI, Purdue-West Lafayette, and Ivy Tech Community College-Lafayette. He has been an active member in ISFAA, MASFAA, NASFAA, COSUAA, the College Board, and ACT. He serves on the COSUAA Steering Committee and as President-Elect of MASFAA.
