Shannon joined the Office of Student Financial Aid at Texas Tech University in April 2006 as an Assistant Director of NCAA Compliance. In 2009, Shannon moved from the athletics side of financial aid to the regulation and compliance area within the Student Financial Aid & Scholarships Office. Shannon received her Associates Degree from Amarillo College, Bachelors in Science Degree from Texas Tech University, and Masters in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University. Shannon is currently serving as President SWASFAA and is Past President of TASFAA. In her free time, Shannon enjoys running and crocheting.
