Biographical Sketch:
Chuck Knepfle serves as Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management at Clemson University. He manages the personnel, budgets, technology, and operations for Records and Registration, Undergraduate Admissions, Student Financial Aid and other units to strategically lead the various aspects of enrollment management. Chuck served as the director of student financial aid at Clemson for five years, and for ten years prior at Miami University. He serves on the board of trustees for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, the Editorial Board for AACRAO SEM Quarterly, as well as the chair-elect and executive board member of the Higher Education Loan Coalition and peer review leader for the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators. He earned his bachelor’s degree in systems analysis and his master’s degree in management from Miami University, and his PhD from Clemson in educational leadership. His research focuses on college access and affordability.
