Biographical Sketch: Erika Cox serves as the Interim Director of Financial Aid at The University of Texas at San Antonio. She's been in higher education for 15 years and greatly enjoys helping students and families realize their dream of obtaining a degree by helping demystify the financial aid process. She has served both the Texas and Southwest Associations of Student Financial Aid Administrators in various roles and had the privilege of working on the Diversity Toolkit Taskforce for NASFAA. She has a Bachelor's in Communication from UTSA and a Master in Strategic Communication from Washington State University.
