Biographical Sketch: Christina Acosta-Heritage, Director of Student Financial Services Systems, Lynn University – Christina Acosta-Heritage has been in Higher Education since 2006 and responsible for streamlining processes within Financial Aid and Student Accounts. Her duties include prioritizing and implementing Financial Aid and Student Accounts projects in alignment to the institution strategic plan. She is a major instrumental voice on the Data Governance Committee of the institution where key initiatives and strategic plans are implemented. She has served the FASFAA Board since 2014 as Electronic Services chair.
Christina obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems at Rowan University in New Jersey. She earned her Master in Business Administration from Lynn University.
