Biographical Sketch: Celena Tulloss serves as the Senior Associate Director in the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. Prior to joining the team at Tennessee, Celena served as the Executive Director of Financial Aid at Lincoln Memorial University. She holds a Masters degree in Education Leadership. Celena has served in many different leadership positions in the state and regional associations, including TASFAA (Tennessee) President, SASFAA Vice President and incoming SASFAA President-Elect.
